This role works closely with the Director of Operations to help ensure seniors receive reliable, quality care. Responsibilities Schedule caregivers using WellSky. Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with the on-call rotation. Communicate scheduling updates with clients and caregivers. Maintain client files and complete general administrative tasks. Support day-to-day office operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare or scheduling experience preferred but not required. Requirements Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
