PARADE is representing an internationally recognized design practice seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to lead sophisticated hospitality projects within its New York studio.

This opportunity is ideal for a talented designer who combines exceptional creative sensibility with strong technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to guide teams through the successful execution of complex interiors.

The Opportunity

Working alongside senior design leadership, the selected candidate will play an integral role in shaping distinctive hospitality environments, from initial concept through construction and final installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of high-end hospitality interiors.
• Direct space planning, material and finish selections, custom millwork, lighting, and FF&E.
• Develop compelling design presentations and communicate concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
• Oversee design documentation, specifications, and coordination with architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Manage and mentor project teams while maintaining design excellence, schedules, and deliverables.
• Participate in construction administration, including review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Collaborate closely with studio leadership to ensure creative vision and project objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality design experience required , with a portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Strong design sensibility with expertise in luxury materials, finishes, bespoke detailing, FF&E, and millwork.
• Demonstrated experience leading design teams and managing projects across multiple phases.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Revit, Rhino, and visualization software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus potential bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Full-time, New York City studio-based position with some hybrid flexibility in accordance with company policies.
