What you bring to the table:

• Valid RN license in your state or active multi-state compact license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in med/surg or telemetry nursing preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills to educate and support patients and families

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Certifications in specialized areas relevant to acute care
• Prior travel nursing experience or flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments

Preferred education & experience:

• Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least one year of specialized nursing experience in med/surg or telemetry units

Additional requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Successfully complete new nurse orientation and competency validations
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
• Compliance with all necessary licensures, certifications, and organizational onboarding requirements
