Finance & Accounting Manager

Overseeing daily financial/accounting operations Ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local regulatory requirements. Managing financial accounting and insurance accounting processes Monitoring reserves and technical provisions in collaboration with actuarial teams Ensuring compliance with insurance regulatory requirements Supervising accounting staff and finance operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. Minimum +5 years of progressive accounting experience Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
