A leading automotive manufacturer in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage small teams in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, meet production plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and strong organizational and communication skills. Two or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
