Forklift Driver - 2nd Shift Location: South Brunswick, NJ Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Grade Level: 5 Employment Type: Full Time Non-Exempt Proposed Salary Range: $19.00/hr - $20.50/hr Responsibilities Work with leadership to ensure completion of all (Manual and On-Task) tasks by end of each day Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory management system Utilize orders to determine where items need to be moved, may or may not include power equipment Utilize the warehouse system to maintain and uphold inventory accuracy Ensure completion of all staging/sweeping tasks using power equipment Load, unload, stack, and stage products utilizing multiple types of power equipment Maintain organization and housekeeping of aisles and surroundings daily Promote safety awareness and cultivate safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions Other duties as instructed Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, and Turret Onsite and in-office role Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS) Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers Willing and able to be cross trained and certified to operate any or all WSI DDC equipment (Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and fast learner Flexible to work overtime as required Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Physical Requirements Comfortable walking/standing 100% of the day Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders Able to lift up to 75 lbs Benefits Generous discount on all Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. brand products 401(k) plan and other investment opportunities Paid vacations, Employee Assistance Programs, Time Off to Volunteer, Matching Gifts Community Service Program, and Holidays (in some locations) Health benefits, dental and vision insurance, including same‑sex domestic partner benefits, Legal and Identity Protection Plans, and Pet Insurance For more information on our benefits, please visit MyWSIBenefits.com Equal Employment Opportunity EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
