Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a mixed surgical PCU and medical-surgical unit setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring progressive care level monitoring and intervention
• Float to other units on campus as needed, including overflow and observation units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working across multiple unit types including observation and overflow settings
