Salary: $55,000 - $95,000 DOE

Job Summary:
Kotman Technology is looking for skilled, client-focused Service Engineers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch MSP environment. Youll support executive and employee clients across multiple industriesincluding agriculture, non-profit, and professional serviceshelping them get the most out of their technology while keeping their businesses running smoothly.

This role is primarily reactive and proactive support, providing variety while ensuring client systems are reliable and secure. Youll be part of a pod-based team reporting to a Service Lead, collaborating closely with Project Engineers and peers to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

WhatYoull Do:

• Deliver high-touch in-person and remote support to executive and employee users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, servers, networks, and productivity tools.

• Maintain client environments according to Kotman standards, including ticketing, documentation, and status updates.

• Proactively monitor and maintain devices, networks, and applications to prevent downtime.

• Assist with small-scale technology projects or deployments as needed.

• Participate in on-call rotation to support clients during off-hours or scheduled maintenance.

• Continuously improve processes, tools, and documentation to elevate the pod and client experience.

Career Path:
Service Engineers have a clear growth trajectory. Starting as I, II, or III, you can advance into Project Engineering, Service Architecture, or Service Management roles with experience, certifications, and demonstrated
client excellence.

WhatWere Looking For:

• 35+ years of experience in an MSP, IT helpdesk, or high-touch support environment.

• Technical proficiency in:

• Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server (20122022)

• Endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, etc.)

• Networking basics (switches, firewalls, VPNs)

• Mobile devices: iOS and Android

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with executive-level users.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

• Certifications are a plus; all are welcomewe support continuous learning and growth.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
