Marketing and Procurement Coordinator

We are a growing, high-end interior design firm seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Marketing & Procurement Coordinator who is passionate about interior design, branding, client experience, and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. We are looking for a team player with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience managing marketing initiatives, vendor coordination, procurement support, and event planning. What we are looking for: Passion for interior design, luxury interiors, and design trends Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating and leading events from planning through execution Marketing experience including social media, outreach, content coordination, and brand support Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, partners, and team members professionally Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment Event Planning & Coordination Plan, coordinate, and help lead client events, vendor events, networking events, and charity initiatives Manage event timelines, vendor communication, logistics, RSVPs, and setup coordination Represent the firm professionally during events and networking opportunities Assist with sourcing sponsorship and partnership opportunities Procurement & Vendor Coordination Support procurement processes including vendor communication, order coordination, and tracking Assist with pricing, quotes, product sourcing, and follow-up Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and organization Help maintain accurate procurement records and organization systems Marketing & Brand Support Assist with social media coordination and content planning Support marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, partnerships, and brand initiatives Coordinate photography, project submissions, and marketing materials Help maintain brand consistency across communications and platforms Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and promotional efforts Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, procurement coordination, public relations, luxury hospitality, interior design, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and team members Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating and executing events from planning through completion Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ability to work independently, problem solve, and take initiative while collaborating with a team Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a growing business environment Work Environment and Conditions Flex work from home, with scheduled team meetings, site visits and events Vehicle is required Availability to be in person during normal business hours Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
