Our agency opened in 2026 and is a growing team of two with plans to expand. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with another insurance company, bringing valuable industry experience and a strong customer-focused approach into the agency. I attended UC Davis and am married with two kids. I enjoy staying active, love sports, and spend as much time outdoors as possible. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Lei - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish preferred.
