Manufacturing Recruitment Video Establish and lead the performance objectives for manufacturing activities. Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and performance of manufacturing activities. Develop manufacturing workmanship, and quality standards. Proven experience in examining and re‑engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Strong background in establishing metrics and effectively communicating targets. Establish plans and contingencies to meet the established metric‑based targets.
