Experience: At least 5 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Education: Degree in Finance or related field. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ProRecruiters is seeking a Controller to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Lead all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, reporting on variances. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial reporting requirements. Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and policies. Partner with manufacturing leadership to analyze and reduce production costs. Position Requirements: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Ability to present financial information to executive leadership. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
