Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

Compensation and Shift Details:

• Base hourly rate starting at $21.50
• Day shift availability: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Evening shift availability: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, including a $2.00 hourly premium
• Night shift availability: Monday through Friday, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM, including a $3.00 hourly premium

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the production of sterile pharmaceutical items within a controlled cleanroom setting
• Manage the operation of various formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging machinery
• Ensure all tasks align with established Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP standards
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records for all production activities
• Conduct thorough product inspections to help guarantee high quality and regulatory compliance
• Sanitize production equipment and workspaces to maintain a sterile environment
• Utilize aseptic gowning techniques to support the integrity of sterile manufacturing
• Track and manage inventory of all materials and final products
• Support the team by assisting with equipment calibration and general production maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, with preference given to those with healthcare or pharmaceutical backgrounds
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, or cGMP standards is highly valued
• Demonstrate a sharp focus on detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to foster effective team collaboration
• Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for long durations
• Maintain a dependable and proactive attitude with a strong desire to acquire new technical skills
