We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor Registered Nurse to join our team at Highfield Gardens Care Center in Great Neck, New York. As a RN Supervisor Registered Nurse on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents. About the RN Supervisor Registered Nurse Role

As a RN Supervisor Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care center during the evening shift. You will provide direct patient care, supervise a team of licensed nurses, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of quality and safety.

RN Supervisor Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Supervise a team of licensed nurses during the evening shift
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in healthcare

RN Supervisor Registered Nurse Requirements

Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in New York State
Prior experience as a registered nurse in a nursing home
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service
