Full Time Maintenance Technician We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct repairs and upgrades to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repair logs. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement best practices for a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and maintain a stock of necessary tools, parts, and supplies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and HVAC. Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform various manual tasks. Certifications related to maintenance work (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus.
