Now hiring Customer Service and Attractions Team Members at Spy Ninjas HQ — a high-energy indoor theme park in Las Vegas.
This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you’ll create memorable experiences for families, kids, and groups.
If you enjoy customer service, entertainment, and working with people , this is a strong fit.
What You’ll DoCustomer Service / Front Desk / Events- Greet guests and manage check-ins
- Explain attractions, pricing, and packages
- Support birthday parties and group events
- Answer questions and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with retail, food service, and upselling
- Operate attractions (VR, escape rooms, climbing walls, arcade)
- Deliver safety instructions clearly and confidently
- Guide guests through experiences
- Monitor equipment and maintain safety standards
- Keep energy high and guests engaged
