Quick Lane Service Advisor

The Quick Lane Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with routine maintenance and quick-service needs in a fast-paced service environment. This role focuses on delivering an efficient, transparent, and positive customer experience by coordinating vehicle check-in, recommending maintenance services, and supporting timely service completion. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and review recommended maintenance services. Prepare and explain service estimates clearly and accurately. Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and service recommendations. Ensure timely service flow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Review completed work with customers and explain invoices. Promote additional maintenance services as appropriate. Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation. Deliver professional, courteous customer service throughout the visit. Requirements Experience & Qualifications Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance services. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
