Pay Rate: $ 2,200 To $2,400/ Week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Experience: Minimum 3 years required; 5+ years preferred


About the Role


We are seeking a dependable and reliable PACU Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity within the Cherokee Nation region. This role supports a busy PACU environment and requires strong inpatient nursing experience, post-anesthesia care skills, Cerner experience, and the ability to work strictly within the OR/PACU setting.


Responsibilities
• Provide PACU nursing care for post-operative patients in a busy OR setting
• Monitor patient recovery, vital signs, airway status, pain level, and overall condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, nurses, and surgical team members
• Maintain safe patient ratios, including 1:4 with 1:6 maximum ratio as needed
• Document patient care, interventions, and recovery updates accurately using Cerner


Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse License Required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required; 5+ years preferred
• PACU, inpatient, OR, or perioperative nursing experience required
• BLS/BCLS, ACLS, And PALS Certifications Required
• Cerner experience required; must be available for weekday schedule, weekly call, and monthly weekend call
