We take that extra step to make sure our clients are fully satisfied with our service and expect our staff to show the flexibility needed to achieve this.Purpose / General DescriptionSetup and perform a variety of complex metal forming tasks including; cutting, milling, turning, bending, polishing and minor CNC programming / offsets to complete the product and prepare for shipping to the next customer.What We Offer:Competitive compensation with bonus potentialMedical, Dental & Vision plans100% company paid medical premiums for you and your familyLife Insurance401k with company matchGenerous PTO & Paid holidaysMaternity & Paternity LeaveShort- and Long-term disabilityEmployee assistance programs& MoreEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Consistently practice safe work habits and abide by all safety policies and guidelinesValidate program accuracy by running sample parts - measure features per drawingsMaintain inventories of raw materials and parts using established control proceduresSafely handle materials and material handling equipment to prevent injuries, prevent damage to equipment and to ensure the quality of the productDo complex setups, recall and edit programs (Gcode) and make offsets as required to troubleshoot and meet quality & production requirements on various types of CNC and manual machining equipmentFabricate part holding fixtures as required to maintain quality and safetyLoad, initiate machine cycle, unload, clean and consistently inspect partsBe willing to cross train, and train lesser experienced employees in the areaOrganize and complete tasks on-time to meet the production schedule requirementsMaintain housekeeping and safety, preform user maintenance of all equipmentAccurately record time and material data as required for production reportingPerform & document all quality inspections & testing as requiredMinimum Requirements:High school diploma, GED or equivalent (Associate Degree in CNC Machining is a plus)3-5 years' experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment (GibbsCAM software experience preferred)Must be able to run 2-3 machines at one timeAbility to read and interpret blueprints requiredMust be able to read measuring tools such as calibers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.Thorough knowledge of work holding systems, tooling, and safe machining practicesMust be self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to multi-taskDemonstrated ability to work in a team and actively contribute to the success of the teamGood communication (English fluency) and organization skills with a positive attitudeMust be able to work overtime as neededMust be physically able to perform all aspects of the job and be able to lift a minimum of 30lbsBasic computer skills and ability to navigate windows systems requiredAs an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran, or disability status.
