Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in San Diego, CA. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct legal research, represent clients in labor and employment law cases, and manage case files. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting legal documents, negotiating legal agreements, and assisting clients with resolving employment-related matters. Some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of this hybrid role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with a focus on Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting in-depth Research
- Expertise in Negotiation and navigating complex legal scenarios
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Previous experience in Police and Fire labor and employment law is highly desirable
