Position Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Make outbound calls to provide updates, gather information, and resolve customer concerns
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
• Research and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide information regarding services, processes, and account-related questions
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, customer support, or contact center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused mindset
• High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule & Compensation

• Fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ 85007
• Temporary assignment
• Pay rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour , depending on experience
• Full-time hours available
