Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join a rapidly growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in the company's growth strategy by supporting mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, and executive decision-making. This position will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities, develop financial analyses, and support strategic initiatives from initial evaluation through integration. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives Perform financial analysis, valuation modeling, and scenario planning to support M&A activity Participate in financial, operational, and commercial due diligence for prospective acquisitions Analyze historical financial statements, key performance indicators, and operating metrics Assist with acquisition integration planning, reporting, and post-close performance tracking Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and investment materials for senior leadership Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitive intelligence Support long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other corporate finance initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or M&A Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence, or strategic finance initiatives is highly preferred Preferred Experience M&A transaction support Financial modeling and business valuation Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus Why This Opportunity?
