Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hour + CommissionAbout the Role: We are looking for two customer-focused, tech-savvy Sales Representatives to join our team in Cerritos. In this role, you will act as a product consultant for cutting-edge consumer electronics and emerging technology, including handheld 3D/LiDAR scanners, high-end cameras, and gimbals. Whether you are fielding inbound inquiries or conducting strategic outbound outreach, you will guide customers, dealers, and business partners through their purchasing journey by understanding their unique needs and matching them with the right technology.This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional looking to build a lucrative career in tech sales.What You Will DoDrive sales and revenue by actively engaging prospective customers and business partners via phone and email.Consult with clients to qualify their needs, explain product benefits, prepare accurate quotations, and guide them through the purchasing decision.Master the technology by learning product specifications and real-world use cases to deliver compelling, basic product demonstrations.Maintain clean and organized records within the CRM to track contacts, daily activities, opportunities, and pipeline statuses.Execute efficient lead management protocols to successfully qualify, nurture, or close prospects.Collaborate closely with Sales Leads, Product Specialists, and Management to escalate and resolve complex technical or pricing inquiries.Participate in team coaching, exciting new product launches, and occasional promotional events.What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)High School Diploma or Equivalent.6 months–3 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome) in Consumer electronics, inside sales, B2B/B2C outreach, or product demonstrationExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional phone and email etiquette.Basic computer proficiency, with a quick aptitude for learning CRM platforms and internal systems.Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a genuine eagerness to learn about new technology.Stand-Out Candidates Will Have (Preferred Qualifications)A personal interest or background in cameras, drones, 3D scanning, LiDAR, or similar emerging tech.Prior experience using CRM software.Bilingual communication skills are a strong plus.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
