Assistant General Manager

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth operations in a bustling environment.

Responsibilities

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You’ll be responsible for leading and supporting our team through busy rushes, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Your ability to manage flexible hours, including early shifts and late nights, will be key to your success in this role. You’ll also work closely with the General Manager to oversee staff performance, handle operational challenges, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced leader with:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including late nights and early mornings.
A collaborative, team-player mindset with a passion for hospitality.

Salary
