Field Service Technician (Appliance / Mechanical) – Company Vehicle + Paid Training Atlanta, GA $25–$30/hr + Overtime + Holiday Bonus Pay + Full Benefits Super Source is a growing company in the hospitality industry, and we’re hiring a Field Service Technician to service commercial kitchen equipment across the Atlanta area. No experience with commercial equipment? We’ll train you. Like working independently? This is a field-based role with your own route and company vehicle. What You’ll Get $25–$30/hr based on experience Overtime available Holiday bonus pay opportunities Company vehicle (take-home) + tools provided Paid training – we teach you the equipment Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Paid time off Advancement opportunities as we grow What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair commercial dish machines and kitchen equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Manage your daily service route and calls Build relationships with restaurant and hotel staff What We’re Looking For Mechanical aptitude (work or hands-on experience) Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver’s license with a clean record Comfortable in fast-paced environments What You’re Comfortable With Working on your feet throughout the day in active environments Lifting up to 60 lbs as needed Working in tight or awkward spaces around equipment Occasional exposure to heat, moisture, and fast-paced kitchen environments Great Fit If You’ve Worked In Appliance repair HVAC, plumbing, or electrical Maintenance technician roles Automotive / mechanical work If you’re mechanically inclined, we want to talk—even without direct industry experience.
