Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly experienced Business Architect with Business Systems Analysis expertise to drive enterprise transformation initiatives, business capability modelling, process standardization, and target operating model design. The role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to ensure business goals are translated into scalable and sustainable solutions. Based on responsibilities found in JD for BSA.

Key Responsibilities

Business Architecture & Strategy

Define and maintain enterprise business capability models.

Develop target operating models (TOM) aligned with organizational objectives.

Establish business architecture artefacts, standards, and governance frameworks.

Drive business transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation.

Enterprise Analysis & Business Design

Conduct current-state and future-state assessments.

Perform business capability mapping and value stream analysis.

Lead enterprise-level requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops.

Define strategic roadmaps and transformation plans.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams.

Requirements & Solution Alignment

Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.

Develop business cases, BRDs, process models, and user stories.

Ensure solution designs align with business objectives and architecture principles.

Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.

Process Architecture & Standardization

Define enterprise-wide business processes and governance standards.

Establish KPIs, business metrics, and performance tracking frameworks.

Lead process harmonization initiatives across business units.

Drive Lean and continuous improvement practices.

Create business architecture repositories and process documentation.

Data & Business Insights

Analyze operational and business performance data.

Support development of executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

Perform impact analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.

Partner with data and analytics teams to support strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder & Change Management

Engage senior executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.

Facilitate decision-making workshops and governance forums.

Manage risks, dependencies, and organizational change impacts.

Support transformation adoption and business readiness programmers.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Enterprise Transformation, or Strategic Consulting.

Demonstrated experience designing business capabilities and operating models.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmers.
