Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: * Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a personalized and engaging shopping experience from arrival through purchase. * Assist guests in selecting products by providing recommendations, sharing product knowledge, and identifying solutions that meet their needs and interests. * Drive retail sales by actively promoting products, suggesting complementary items, and supporting department sales goals. * Process retail transactions accurately while following established cash handling, payment processing, and operational procedures. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment by stocking merchandise, replenishing displays, and ensuring product presentation standards are met. * Support inventory management through product counts, stock organization, and overall retail operations while maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor and providing exceptional guest service throughout the day. This position is expected to start in mid-September in preparation for the property's anticipated opening in early October.
