Early Morning Home Care CNAWe are looking for compassionate and dependable Part-Time In-Home Caregivers to provide quality care and support to clients in the Golden Valley area. This position offers consistent early morning schedules, with shifts starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.Role Responsibilities:Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.Requirements:A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with Auto Insurance.Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.If you have a heart for service and a desire to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
