Regional Vice President

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Regional Vice President in Atlanta, GA to drive profitability and operational excellence across a multi-state commercial HVAC region.

Impact:
- Lead P&L performance for a major geographic region serving commercial mechanical construction and service markets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while fostering a culture of employee development and retention
- Drive strategic growth initiatives that expand market share and service capabilities
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality mechanical systems across all regional operations

Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional business operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead regional management teams including branch managers, service managers, and operations directors
- Monitor project execution and service delivery to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate resource allocation across multiple branches to maximize efficiency
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Implement best practices for safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives across the region
