Addison Group is hiring a Bilingual Benefits Administrator on behalf of our client. This position will support the administration of employee benefits and related HR processes while serving as a resource for employees, payroll, and external benefits partners.

The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in developing a career focused on employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day administration of employee benefit offerings, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Manage benefit-related employee transactions such as new hire elections, qualifying status changes, and coverage updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with benefit eligibility, coverage questions, claims, and enrollment matters.
• Provide administrative support during annual benefits enrollment, including updating systems and distributing employee information.
• Review and reconcile recurring benefit billing and coordinate with payroll to address deduction discrepancies.
• Communicate with benefit providers, brokers, carriers, and outside administrators to research and resolve employee or account issues.
• Help ensure benefits and leave practices remain aligned with applicable employment and benefits regulations.
• Provide administrative assistance with employee leave programs, including FMLA, FAMLI, ADA-related accommodations, and other applicable leave requirements.
• Compile benefits-related reports and assist with internal reviews, audits, and recordkeeping.
• Help maintain and update benefits-related procedures, communications, and employee reference materials.
• Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion and maintain appropriate confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, with an interest in specializing in employee benefits.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, employment regulations, and general HR compliance practices.
• Experience working with an HRIS or similar human resources technology platform.
• Previous experience supporting employees in construction, engineering, or other project-driven environments is preferred.
