Job Description Recruiter/HR Generalist
Temp 3+ months $27/hr.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and some salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing needs.
- Provide HR support in areas such as employee onboarding, timekeeping, leave of absence administration, and basic wage and hour compliance.
- Assist with HR administration, employee support, and special projects as needed.
- Potential for travel occasionally to Houston locations as business needs require.
Experience in recruiting and HR generalist functions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Industrial/manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing or production recruiting experience a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Temporary assignment - anticipated duration is approximately two months, based on business needs.
• Onsite in Grand Prairie, TX with potential for occasional travel to Houston.
