Senior Human Resources Recruiter – Search Practice Leadership Are you an accomplished Human Resources retained or high-end contingency recruiter with a strong sales track record and ready to take on a leadership role within a rapidly expanding search practice? Our client, one of the most respected finance, accounting, and IT staffing firms in the Southwest, is building out its Human Resources Retained & Contingency Search Division and seeking a senior‑level professional to help lead, shape, and grow this business line. This is a strategic full‑desk sales role with the expectation of evolving into division leadership position as the practice scales nationally. You will manage high‑level HR searches (Director to Executive level), advise clients, drive new business, and help refine the firm’s HR search strategy.
