Shipping ClerkOur client, a leader in the shipping and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Beecher, ILPay Range: $21.50 per hourShift: 5:30 AM - 4 PM, Tuesday to FridayWhat's the Job?Ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipments.Manage inventory using Microsoft Dynamic 365 (D365).Pick, pack, and process orders accurately.Operate a forklift and assist in loading and unloading trucks.Participate in continuous improvement processes and training of new employees.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Exemplary attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly D365.Ability to be trained on using a forklift per company standards.What's in it for me?Opportunity to grow and develop skills in a dynamic environment.Be part of a supportive team that values your contributions.Gain hands-on experience with advanced inventory management systems.Participate in a culture of continuous improvement.Work in a safe and organized environment adhering to best practices.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
