This is an opportunity to own client relationships end-to-end — from strategy and renewals to open enrollment and reporting — for an organization known for its collaborative culture and commitment to “legendary” client service.Location: Dallas TexasWhat You’ll DoServe as the day-to-day business partner for assigned client accounts, owning satisfaction and account profitabilityLead the RFP process with carriers, underwriters, and internal account teamsAnalyze claims and utilization data to identify trends and build customized client reportsDevelop and present benchmarking reports comparing client plans against industry/geographic peersBuild employee contribution scenarios and cost modeling in ExcelReview Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and vendor contracts for accuracy and complianceCreate polished client-facing presentations (Excel/PowerPoint) summarizing plan data and recommendationsDevelop employee communications — brochures, open enrollment materials, memosMentor and delegate work to junior team members; manage project timelines using PM toolsWhat You Bring7+ years of account management experience in Employee Benefits (Accident & Health lines)Deep knowledge of medical, dental, life, LTD, STD, AD&D, and vision plan designStrong command of HIPAA, COBRA, and Health Care Reform compliance requirementsSolid understanding of insurance markets, underwriting, and R.A.F.
