Production Associate

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. • Support daily production operations by completing assigned manufacturing and production tasks safely and efficiently.
• Move, stage, replenish, and handle raw materials and finished products to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining accurate inventory and organization.
• Assist with machine operation, monitoring equipment, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Handle scrap materials according to established procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with Material Handlers, Production Operators, and team members to ensure continuous workflow.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements at all times.
• Support production changeovers, material movement, and other manufacturing activities as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Machine operation experience.
• Plastic manufacturing or industrial production experience.
• Material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory support experience.
• Experience in safety-focused manufacturing environments.

12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

• 2 days on
• 2 days off
• 3 days on

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Smithsville,PA.
