Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong background in pediatric and adolescent therapy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Skilled in direct service, consultation, assessments, and report documentation
• Proficiency in participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a diverse K-12 caseload

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Consulting with teachers, administrators, and family members to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and documenting findings
• Completing timely and detailed reports to support students’ educational needs
• Attending and contributing to IEP meetings as a key team member
