What You'll Bring:

• Valid Physical Therapist license and credentials for school-based practice in California
• Previous experience working within school environments or with pediatric populations
• Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload and effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Commitment for a full academic calendar (through May 2027)
• Organizational skills and adaptability for dynamic school environments

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct PT services to students, adjusting plans to best meet individual needs
• Consult with teachers and staff on techniques and accommodations to foster student success
• Conduct comprehensive motor and physical assessments as part of IEP processes
• Document progress and findings, writing timely, thorough reports
• Participate actively in IEP meetings as a collaborative team member, advocating for student access and participation
• Maintain compliance with all school and state documentation and practice standards
