Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Proven school-based OT experience
• Ability to work comfortably across a maximum of three school sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relevant assessments, intervention strategies, and documentation protocols
• Flexible, organized, and ready to adapt to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students' fine motor, sensory, and functional needs within the educational setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster participation and academic success
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and related service providers to promote student progress
• Document goals, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations
• Provide engaging, school-appropriate therapy sessions that enrich the student experience
• Travel between assigned sites (no more than three) during the school day to ensure continuity of care
