Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their emotional, psychological, and social needs, ensuring that treatment plans are personalized and effective.
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions that promote clients' overall well-being and support their journey towards recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses the complexity of client cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is necessary to practice.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a social worker, with a strong knowledge of and proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience
