Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Contract Facility: Quality Life Services - Henry Clay Location: Markleysburg, PA Address: 411 Airport Rd, Markleysburg, PA 15459 Duration: 4 Weeks (Extension Opportunity Available) Schedule: Variable Days/Nights Shift: 12-Hour Shifts Pay Rate: $37 – $39/hr Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,332 – $1,404/week (Based on 36 hours) Job Summary Seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support residents in maintaining the highest possible quality of life. Facility Details Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) 74-bed facility Current census: 62 residents 1 Charge Nurse per shift Day Shift staffing: 7 LPNs Night Shift staffing: 2 LPNs 7 CNAs on all shifts No scrub color requirements Opportunity for contract extension after initial 4-week assignment Requirements Active Pennsylvania LPN License Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Rehab experience preferred Strong medication administration and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and resident care skills Required Credentials Active LPN License – Required BLS Certification – Preferred Current TB Test and Health Records – May be Required per Facility Policy Recruiter Contact Reach out to Recruiter Joseph – Fast-track submission available for qualified LPNs.
