Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage patient reactions
• Coordinate care for oncology patients, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing changes and taking appropriate action
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation
• Collaborate with medical team to provide patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California
• BLS and ONS certification required
• 2-3 years of outpatient Oncology experience
• Proficiency in Epic or similar charting systems
• Strong phlebotomy and IV skills
• Experience with chemotherapy administration and patient monitoring
