As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or resolution regarding their accounts and orders. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with processing orders, managing their accounts, and providing detailed product or service information.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by analyzing problems and offering appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s database.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
