We're the fastest growing global company in the circular tech market - and we'd love for you to be part of it.Responsibilities:Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for accuracy and condition, and record receipt in the inventory management system.Ensure all received products are properly labeled, documented, and stored in the designated areas.Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments.Shipping:Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of products.Schedule and coordinate transportation carriers to meet delivery deadlines.Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies.Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space.Collaborate with the purchasing department to reorder inventory as needed.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.Prepare reports on shipping and receiving performance and inventory levels.Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving.Communication:Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments, including purchasing, sales, and production, to ensure efficient operations.Handle inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping and receiving matters.Participate in meetings to report daily shipping activities and plan daily tasks as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in supply chain management is a plus.Proven experience in shipping and receiving coordination or a related field.Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
