Maintenance AssistantA Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the community's physical plant, grounds and equipment in order to ensure a safe environment.Position Responsibilities of a Maintenance Assistant:Assists in maintaining the grounds including mowing, weeding, raking, trimming and the shoveling of dirt and snowConducts minor repairs and paintsLifts and moves equipment and furniturePerforms heavy scrubbing, waxing and buffingCleans and maintains sprinklers, exhaust system and filtersAttend required in-service educationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
