Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to individual clients, evaluating their personal histories, presenting concerns, and associated risk factors to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to address mental health issues, fostering emotional stability, and encouraging successful integration into the detox process.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, customized to meet a diverse range of mental health needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, where you will empower clients to develop personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and coordinating referrals for higher levels of care if necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote understanding and empower decision-making.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence with legal and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with clients in a detox center, a critical transitional phase for individuals seeking to overcome substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally within a mental health or detoxification setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
