Our organization is a physician-owned and governed outpatient multi-specialty group situated on the Kitsap Peninsula, just west of Seattle, Washington. We pride ourselves on a legacy of medical excellence and compassionate care, and we are currently looking for Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to become part of our teams at Silverdale Ridgetop West, Port Orchard, or Poulsbo Clinic.
About the Outpatient Internal Medicine Opportunities- Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with a focus on 100% outpatient clinical practice.
- The call schedule is managed exclusively via telephone (hospitalists are responsible for hospital care) and is shared equally among internal medicine and endocrinology physicians.
- The guaranteed base salary for this role ranges from $280,000 to $315,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
- We are a physician-owned and governed outpatient multi-specialty group.
- Enjoy a guaranteed salary for two years along with potential productivity bonuses.
- After two years, you will be eligible to become a shareholder.

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities ActThe guaranteed salary range for this position is $280,000 to $315,000 annually, with bonus potential. This range serves as a good faith estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. Our organization’s compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each applicant.
Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is contingent upon full-time employment in the assigned job classification/description, in accordance with the current PSA agreement.
