Internal Medicine Physician - Kitsap County, Washington

The Doctors Clinic [TDC] is a physician-owned and physician-governed outpatient multi-specialty group located on the Kitsap Peninsula, just west of Seattle, Washington. We are built on a history of medical excellence and compassionate care and are seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physicians to join one of our teams at Silverdale Ridgetop West, Port Orchard or Poulsbo Clinic.

About these outpatient IM Opportunities

• With us you can enjoy a Monday through Friday 100% out-patient clinical practice.
• Call schedule is handled solely by telephone (the hospital staffs hospitalists) and is equally shared amongst internal medicine and endocrinology physicians.
• The minimum guaranteed base salary range for this position is $280,000 to $315,000 annually, plus bonus potential.

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act

The minimum salary guarantee range for this position is $280,000 to $315,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic's compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.

Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
