Responsibilities Learn daily branch operations and company procedures. Help achieve sales, revenue, and operational goals. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns. Assist with fleet management, vehicle inventory, and logistics. Support employee training, scheduling, and team development. Maintain high standards for vehicle quality and branch appearance. Develop leadership skills through mentoring and hands‑on management experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Previous customer service, sales, or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership potential. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed. Self‑motivated with a desire to advance into management. Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
