Client Services Host

Your new role as our Client Services Host involves working weekends and evenings to keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently serve our customers. With an upbeat and professional attitude, you answer phone calls, schedule treatments, and respond to questions. You promote our extensive range of services and upsell treatments or products when possible. As clients inquire about services, you provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling an appointment. You also help with general cleaning to keep our retail space looking great.
Requirements include 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries, experience working in a fast-paced environment, fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person, a commitment to helping others and working with a team, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
