Mental Health Case Manager & Community Resource Advocate

Signature Health Inc. is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), Office Based, to develop and execute client treatment plans while connecting clients and families with community resources. This is an office-based role reporting to the Supervisor, Behavioral Health Services.
